W. M. Lyles Co. Expands With Addition Of Sister Company

August 23, 2010 - Fresno, CA - After 58 years of quality service to the construction industry, Kaweah Construction Co. (KCC) will combine their talents and abilities with those of their sister company, W. M. Lyles Co. (WML). Both companies have a long history of successful construction projects dating back to their inceptions; WML in 1945 with a pipeline emphasis and KCC in 1952 with a structural emphasis.

In recent years, both companies have performed similar work on infrastructure projects for public works agencies and private customers. The merger of the two companies will allow increased management efficiencies and economies of scale as we continue to pursue projects in this highly competitive segment of the construction industry.

The company merger has already begun with the transfer of some KCC employees to WML and will be fully completed once the current KCC projects are completed in the coming year. Going forward, new projects will be bid and constructed under the name of W. M. Lyles Co.
