Expansion and upgrade of an existing industrial wastewater treatment plant. Construction of a 12 MGD Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility including: Dissolved Air Floatation units, aeration lagoons, new rectangular concrete tanks - Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBR), Dentrification filters, blower building, circular concrete anaerobic sludge digesters with circulation/heating systems, standby generators, earthwork, grading, and drainage systems, roadways, and yard piping. Plant remained fully operational during construction with no degradation of effluent quality.

Features: 38,000LF of 120" RCP pipeline, 144" tunnel crossing of Hwy 5, aqueduct turnout, 12,000HP junction reservoir pumping plant, concrete lined canal, forebay, reservoir spillway with adjustable weir structure, connection channel check structure with reverse flow pumps, electrical, instrumentation, 1.0MW electrical generation facility that utilizes tracking photovoltaic solar panels.
