Design-Builder of Phase 1 $200M Stored Water Recovery Unit project. East-west connection between the California Aqueduct and the District’s Pond-Poso Canal System, allowing the bi-directional conveyance of up to 720cfs of water. Features: 38,000LF of 120″ RCP pipeline, 144″ tunnel crossing of Hwy 5, aqueduct turnout, 12,000HP junction reservoir pumping plant, concrete lined canal, forebay, reservoir spillway with adjustable weir structure, connection channel check structure with reverse flow pumps, electrical, instrumentation, 1.0MW electrical generation facility that utilizes tracking photovoltaic solar panels.
