Dinuba Wastewater Reclamation Facility Phase I Improvements Project
The project consisted of several upgrades to the City of Dinuba’s existing Wastewater Reclamation Facility. The upgrades included demolition and removal of several existing structures, rehabilitation of an existing aeration pond, rehabilitation of an existing circular Primary Clarifier, replacing centrifugal influent pumps at the existing Headworks, excavating and grading a new HDPE lined Sludge Digester Pond, new floating pond aerators and mixers, constructing a new sludge dewatering facility with a sludge drying screw press, sludge conveyors, a polymer dosing system, a plant water air gap pump system, and sludge pumps. The upgrades also included all related underground piping, electrical facilities, SCADA instrumentation upgrades, new backup generators, and site grading and paving.
