The Temecula Division conducts all of our operations throughout the Southern District. This includes all geographical areas South of the "grapevine" including San Diego and Riverside.
The Temecula Division specializes in the construction of water and wastewater treatment plants including design-build operations for owners who require project flexibility and control.
We are equipped to handle all other types of both private and public underground construction operations including pipeline, pump stations, storm drain systems, water and conduits.
Currently, the Southern District Operations are centered on numerous design-build construction operations in water and wastewater treatment facilities and high-technology wastewater applications.
Our Southern District is proud to have labor agreements with Operating Engineers, California Laborers and Utility Fitters, Carpenters and Cement Masons.
