The Bakersfield Division conducts all of our operations throughout the Central District. This includes all geographical areas South of Tulare County, East and West of Bakersfield, California - The South-Central San Joaquin Valley, West to the Central Coast and East to the High Desert.
We are equipped to handle all types of both private and public underground construction operations including pipeline, communications, pump stations, storm drain systems, water and conduits. We also specialize in Design-Build construction operations for owners who require project flexibility.
Currently, the Central District Operations are centered on numerous construction operations and the first major water ground banking project in California. Our design-build agreement Semitropic Water Storage District will provide another quality water source in time of low rainfall and/or drought conditions throughout Central and Southern California.
Our Southern District is proud to have labor agreements with Operating Engineers, California Laborers and Utility Fitters, Carpenters and Cement Masons.
