The
Fresno Division conducts all of the companies operations throughout the
Northern District. This includes all geographical areas North and West of
Fresno, California - The Central San Joaquin Valley to the Central Coast.
The Fresno Division is well equipped to handle all types of both private and
public underground construction operations including pipeline, communications,
prison infrastructure, storm drain systems, water and conduits.
Currently, the Northern District Operations are centered in the completion
and testing of the first major Ethanol Plant in the State of California. In
a strategic partnership with
Pacific Ethanol, Inc.,
this 40MGD plant will provide a much needed additive to our gasoline and improve
our air quality.
Our Northern District is proud to have labor agreements with
Operating Engineers, California Laborers and Utility Fitters.
