Based in Fresno, California, the Lyles Construction Group specializes in Infrastructure, Energy and Environmental construction projects throughout the State of California. Our mission is to meet the needs of our clients by providing the highest value construction services available. Our company beliefs focus on safety, performance, quality, schedule, budget, and company service.

Our Leaders
Rich Nemmer - President and CEO
Rich was recruited by W. M. Lyles Co. in 1986 when he graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Heavy Construction. During his 24 year tenure, Rich has been involved in all facets of our operations. His duties have included project engineering, construction management, computer scheduling, cost estimating, and senior management oversight on projects ranging up to and in excess of $100 Million. During his career, Rich has been one of the driving forces behind our technology advancements. Today he manages our company as President and CEO with a continued emphasis on personnel, new business, and technology development.
Ken Strosnider - Vice President - Central Division Manager
Ken has vast breadth of knowledge and expertise within the construction industry in a career that has extended 25+ years. He has been employed as a Project Manager with W.M. Lyles Co. since 1989 managing projects in excess of $80 Million. Ken’s expertise includes project management and engineering in the areas of water pumping, water conveyance, water and wastewater treatment, groundwater recharge, sewer and storm drain installation, power distribution, and welded steel pipeline construction. Ken is a graduate of California, State University Fresno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
Dave Dawson - Sr. Vice President - Northern/Southern Division Manager
Dave has been involved in all facets of the construction industry with a career that has spanned 30+ years. He has been employed by W.M. Lyles Co. since 2006 and during that time has successfully managed in excess of $185M in projects. Dave is an expert in water and wastewater treatment plant design, construction, contract management, project estimating and scheduling. Dave is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of La Verne. Dave has also been a Registered Professional Engineer since 1981.
